Most of us end up with a sugar coma at holidays. We can easily get off track with our weight loss goals. Guess what, It's Monday and a new week. Here are a few steps to help you get back on track.
1. make sure any unhealthy left overs are out of the house. That's why trashcans and disposals were made.
2. Get back on track with exercise. Take time today to get in 30 or more minutes of exercises
3. DO NOT beat yourself up. Learn from mistakes and move forward. Living in the past doesn't help us and listening to the lies in your head that you will never be skinny is just that..A LIE! You can do this.
4. Remember why you are you making this lifestyle change (get healthy,be active with your children? be a certain size?)
